Legal Aid When You Need It Most – LAWYERSOS

Facing legal issues, especially wrongful arrests, is daunting. LAWYERSOS quickly connects you to experienced criminal lawyers. We address unlawful arrests and victimisation from SAPS, Metro Police, and other law enforcement agencies, ensuring accessible legal aid, especially in urgent situations.

Simply press an appointed panic button on your phone for immediate legal assistance. We’ll have a lawyer at the relevant police station within 3 hours with a capped fee of R2,000.00 for initial lawyer services. Thereafter, the subscriber will be liable for appointing the lawyer in their personal capacity for further assistance.

Roadside Assistance for Wherever Life Takes You

We offer comprehensive assistance for various roadside emergencies, including jump starts, tyre changes, unlocking vehicles, fuel assistance, and minor repairs. Towing services are also available for mechanical, electrical breakdowns, and accident damages, with specific limits.

Additional support over 100km from home includes accommodation, car rental, and flight ticket options. (Overall policy limit: R5,000 per annum)

Planning a big trip? Or maybe you’re nervous driving alone?

Notify our call centre before embarking on a major trip and we’ll be sure to keep in regular contact. We respond to distress signals and initiate recovery actions if necessary, ensuring you’re safe and on course.

Responsive Home Assist Services

When it comes to in-home emergencies like a burst geyser or broken window, RSAM is here to provide quick solutions! We arrange for appropriate repairers, covering services from electricians to locksmiths.

We define a home emergency as an event that is potentially life-threatening or could cause structural damage. (Policy limit: 3 incidents or up to R2,000 per policy)
